Terms & Conditions
1. Class Duration
Each practical driving lesson lasts forty-five (45) minutes.
A maximum of two (2) lessons per day may be scheduled, depending on instructor availability.

2. Vehicle and Instruction
Lina’s Traffic & Driving School provides a dual-control vehicle for all lessons at no additional cost.
All instruction is conducted exclusively by certified and professional instructors.

3. Meeting Point
The meeting location for each lesson will be coordinated in advance with the assigned instructor.
Students are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed location.

4. Student Requirements
To participate in any lesson, students must:
Present a valid driver’s license or learner’s permit, as required.
Wear appropriate clothing, including closed-toe shoes.
Arrive on time for the scheduled lesson.
Failure to meet these requirements will result in the lesson being considered completed and non-reschedulable.

5. Punctuality
Lessons begin at the scheduled time.
If a student arrives late, the lost time will not be extended, and the lesson will end as originally scheduled.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to do so, or a no-show, will result in:
Loss of the scheduled lesson
A non-refundable administrative fee of $100.00

7. No Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once scheduled.
No refunds will be issued if the school is ready and available to provide the lesson, regardless of student attendance or completion.

8. Completion Timeframe
All purchased lessons must be completed within sixty (60) days from the agreed start date.

9. Liability and Expectations
By enrolling, the student acknowledges that:
Completion of the course does not guarantee obtaining a driver’s license
Lina’s Traffic & Driving School does not guarantee passing any driving test
No instructor or staff member is authorized to promise licensing outcomes

10. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling and attending lessons, the student agrees to fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
